To meet the requirements specified, we developed a system featuring friendly, easy to navigate
‘User and Administrator Interfaces’ where a user can ‘search and filter’ engagements,
partners and capabilities and report on the relationships derived from engagements.
‘Administration and maintenance tools’ allow the creation of new engagements, partners,
capabilities personnel records etc. Additional administration tasks provided for include;
status updates and custom reminders, file upload and a domain/sub-domain security model to control
‘Chinese Wall’ requirements between business units and provide for special treatment
of highly confidential engagements.
A ‘Results Grid’ provide a snapshot of key information and gives ‘drill down’ access to
innovation Engagements, Parties, Personnel or Capabilities details within internal and external
businesses including their teams and connected people.
A "Reports" control panel provide the tools to select and filter across engagement, capability, value,
success, status, party, personnel and location. Reports can be display and output to HTML, Excel or PDF formats.
While developed for R&D engagements, the system is highly suited to provide instant access to capabilities,
experts and resources available but often hard to locate within any large organisation.
